This lottery is available across twelve states which will allow it to grow very quickly. To play simply choose five number from 1 through 39 then choose another number from 1 and 19. Scratch OffsThe Oklahoma Lottery has distributed more than 50 different scratch-off tickets to retailers across the state since their initial launch. By far these are one of the easiest games to play and the more enjoyable. With each new ticket released you can count on it being a new game with a new theme.
